Ace Collectiv
Ecstatic Dance DJ & Facilitator Training

Overview
I helped Osara, the founder of Ace Collective, set up this ecstatic dance training as his first attempt at running online education containers through his community. We spotted an opportunity in the boom of the ecstatic dance world, and we worked over two days in person to dive deeply into:
• researching the audience demographics and the different avatars • understanding the product–market fit • building the offer that spoke directly to the audience • understanding the problem that was being solved • the tone of voice and the messaging • crafting the website, content creation sequence and automation sequences to make sure that this was done correctly
I then set up his sales sequences, built his sales script rebuttals and objections, and taught him my AI-assisted sales sequence method. Osara then did the sales himself.
At a Glance
We had huge uptake considering that the methods of promotion were completely organic, through affiliate networks and through his own email database of just 3,000 people. We had generated the most leads through any of the campaigns that I'd worked on previously. Unfortunately, Osara took charge of the sales himself and had a court battle, a family illness, and a two-week holiday during the sales sequence. This meant that the sales ultimately were lower than expected, even though the leads generated were extremely high. This was a big lesson for me in that it was clear that we must take charge of the sales sequence themselves, unless the client has very clear sales experience and knowledge. Overall, though, we had very good results, and the project was worthwhile doing.
Results
- 162 leads generated
- 21 sign ups
- £16,000 in revenue
The Future
The learnings from this first cohort have shaped a more integrated sales approach for future rounds, with our team taking full ownership of the sales sequence to protect conversion regardless of the client's availability.
